These terms apply when you buy, download or use Topeta plugins, modules and themes for WHMCS, Blesta and WordPress. Topeta is a brand of Jobfew Infotech. By buying or using a Topeta product, you agree to these terms.
Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle charges any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country and sends your invoice.
Your license
- Each purchase gives you a license key for the product and plan you chose.
- A license includes one year of updates and support from the date of purchase.
- Your license does not expire. After one year the product keeps working, and you can renew to get updates and support again.
- You may use the product on the number of installations your plan allows.
- You may not resell, share or publish the license key or the product files.
Free trials
Many products include a 15-day free trial on your own installation. When the trial ends, the product stops working until you buy a license.
Free products
Free products, such as the WHMCS Topeta Framework, are provided as they are, without a license fee.
Refunds
Every purchase comes with a 15-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. See our refund policy for how to ask for a refund.
Updates and support
While your license is active, you get product updates and help from the developers who build the product. Support covers installing, setting up and using the product. It does not cover custom development.
Your responsibilities
Keep backups of your website and billing system before installing or updating any product. Make sure your server meets the requirements listed on the product page.
Limitation of liability
We build and test our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that they are free of errors or suit every setup. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases made before the change.
